The Port Ludlow-North Hood Canal area is the best kept getaway vacation secret in the northwest. You can be in a marvelous, relaxing, country escape after a short drive. We are only 35 minutes from Winslow on Bainbridge Island and only 25 minutes from Kingston--5 minutes west of the Hood Canal Bridge. The protected waters of Hood Canal are pristine and produce abundent wildlife. X marks the spot.

Bainbridge Island & Edmonds Ferries

The Seattle-Bainbridge Island ferry leaves about every 40 minutes from Colman Dock on Alaska Way in downtown Seattle. The scenic crossing is 35 minutes. The ferries are the largest in the system. Most ferries leaving before 4:40 pm and after 6:10 pm are not full.
The Edmonds-Kingston ferry leaves about every 40 minutes from Edmonds.
The scenic ride is 30 minutes. The ferries are equally large. Most ferries leaving before 4:30 pm and after 6:30 pm are not full.
