History:

605 Boyer was completed in 1901 for Physician William M. Van Patten and his wife Rose.  In 1903 Mollie G. Johnson, the first female realtor in Walla Walla, purchased the home and lived here with her children. After that the home was owned by a series families and ladies including well-known spinster, Grace Isaacs whose family has a landmark home nearby. Susan B. Anthony did visit the Isaacs family during a visit to Walla Walla, but to our knowledge, she didn't visit this house. The sheep ranching Bryson Family purchased the home in 1918 for their "town" house so that their two children Blanche and Howard could attend Green Park School. In 1996 the Shaul's bought the home and have enjoyed bringing it back to its glory.  We hope you enjoy it!
