Reservation Cancellation or Shortened Stay Policies: 15 days prior to date of reservation: We do not charge for cancellations or shortened stays made at least fifteen days prior to arrival. 0 to14 days prior to date of reservation: Within fourteen days of arrival, we charge full price for all room nights we are unable to rebook. If we are able to rebook the dates we give a 75% refund or full credit toward another date if used within six months. No shows: will result in forfeiture of the entire amount due, plus $15.00 processing fee. Charges are run at the time of reservation unless other arrangements are made. Housekeeping is provided during your stay ~ fresh linens after three nights, four bath towels per room, two hand towels, half a dozen washcloths, two large spa towels and two generously sized monogrammed robes. This B&B is our family's home. Excessive cleanup after your stay will be charged to your credit card at the rate of $45.00 per hour. Smoking in and around the B&B is strictly prohibited. A 3 hour cleaning charge will be assessed if we find cigarette odor and/or butts. Any items lost, stolen or damaged will also be charged to your credit card. Breakfast: We prepare lacto-ovum style vegetarian meals. We cook using high quality, healthy products (primarily organic). We are not set up to prepare special dishes to meet dietary restrictions. Due to health and insurance regulations, our kitchen is not available to guests, however, a small guest refrigerator is available, please inquire. Parking: Please, no parking on the street. The city of Bellevue allows only off-street parking at Columns on the Park.
