It is our policy to run charges at the time of reservation.
15 days prior to date of reservation: 75% refund or full credit toward another date.
0 to 14 days prior to date of reservation: No refunds or credits, unless we can rebook the dates you had reserved. If we are able to rebook the dates we will give a 75% refund or full credit toward another date.
Housekeeping is provided before and after your visit. Excessive cleanup after your stay will be charged to your credit card at the rate of $45.00 per hour.
Smoking in our cabins is strictly prohibited. You will be charged 3 hours cleaning if we find cigarette odor and/or butts in the cabin.
Any items lost, stolen or damaged will also be charged to your credit card.
Your Credit Card statement will show charges from GreatGetaways.com: however, each rental location is a separate and distinct entity. GreatGetaways.com is only the reservation provider. Please note: All guest will be charged for use of the property, including
day visitors. Unregistered guests will be charged double if we
are not notified in advance.
Release from liability: General Terms: Venue and jurisdiction for any proceeding/dispute shall be in
the Superior Court of Pierce County, Washington. The prevailing
party in any dispute shall be awarded its reasonable attorney's
fees and costs, including post judgment, appeal and collection
costs.
Registered guests, and all persons accompanying registered guests,
hereby accept responsibility for their personal property and safety
and irrevocably release and hold harmless GreatGetaways.com, its
affiliates, associates, representatives, and rental property owners
from any liability whatsoever arising from loss, damage, or personal
injury of any severity due to theft or accident while on the premises
or in the vicinity of rented lodging.
